Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. We’d never had our pool deck resealed in the 8 years since we’d put the pool in, so it was in dire need of sealing. When one coat was applied, it was apparent to the workers that a second coat was needed. **** called to tell me that they’d be applying a second coat at no extra cost to us. The result is beautiful. Much of the color of our stamped concrete was restored during the process. In addition, the two men who worked on our project were great to deal with. I was referred to Bristol County Sealing by the company that had originally installed my pool deck. They were responsive to my initial inquiry and provided a quote for sealing my stamped concrete deck based on a visual inspection of my deck within a few days. They arrived on the scheduled day, removed all of the patio furniture from the deck, and did an excellent job sealing. While they were doing the work, they noted that grass had overgrown onto the edges of the deck, making it impossible for them to seal along the edges. After the work was completed, they offered to return the following week to reseal the edges. All I had to do was get the lawn edged, and let them know when to return. As promised, they returned the following week and sealed the edges! All in all, I was very happy with their quality and their professionalism.

I had a great experience with Bristol County Sealing Company last summer. My situation in dealing with them was a little outside the norm, as I wasn’t contacting them to seal my patio but instead to help remove failed sealer (that I had applied) from my patio. It was an unusual set of circumstances and I hadn’t had much luck in getting anywhere with a few other companies I had contacted. Bristol County Sealing Company listened to my problem and came to my house twice to evaluate the situation in addition to speaking with me numerous times on the phone or via email to try and help me. A friend referred Bristol County Stamped Concrete Sealing Company to us to refinish our stamped concrete pool deck. I was told by the installer 10 yrs ago that it would never have to be resealed! After years of power washing, the finish was gone. ****, BCSC, explained the cleaning procedure and provided information on the product he uses to seal. He cleaned and sealed my pool deck. We discussed the need for a second coat. **** showed up a couple of days later to apply a second coat and inspected the now dry seal. Instead of taking my money, he told me a second coat was not necessary and I should wait a year and decide then. Nice to deal with honesty! I recommend BSCS. The price is very reasonable and the quality excellent!

I planned to take some vacation time and seal our Stamped Concrete Pool Patio this summer. The problem was I don’t have a pressure washer and had never sealed concrete. After searching the internet on the “how to”, I came across Bristol County’s website. After reading their reviews and the before/after pictures it took me about 10 seconds to pick the phone up and call them. Within 15 minutes or so Mike called me back and stated he would stop by and take a look at the job and get me a quote. Within 2 days I had a very reasonable quote. I emailed Mike about a half dozen times with questions, and he promptly responded. My project was scheduled exactly 1 week after my initial call, potential thunderstorms ended out moving that by one day. Ruben came out to my house on time on the day promised. He spent a total of 4 hours, cleaning, degreasing and sealing – he never once left the property and never once sat down. It was 90+ degrees that day with the patio in 100 percent sun. Once Ruben was finished my husband went outside to provide the remainder of the money we owed, Ruben’s hand was the size of a grapefruit, something stung him at some point. Ruben continued on with his work, never complaining. I am so glad I left this job to the professionals, the pool patio looks better than it did 3 years ago when it was originally installed. I will always use Bristol County, they are a highly professional company and went far beyond my expectations. Now I can use my vacation time to enjoy my pool and patio.

I want to apologize for not doing this sooner but it has been a busy couple of months completing my project.

I want to thank you and the great staff of BSCS and Demelo and Sons For helping me with this crucial part of my project. As you know, part of my project was to install a walkway at the Dighton Veteran’s Memorial. This task was difficult because many companies did not want to take the time to meet me let alone work with me on my project. Mr. Amaral met me after church one Sunday and talked to me about my project. We worked out a plan for completion. This to my surprise went quickly and was able to be completed before the weather turned. I am so grateful for the help they gave me and the urgency with which this project needed to be completed. I also want to say that not only did they, look coordinated with the weather but also with my schedule and other volunteers. In addition, they always left the area neat. The residents and Veterans that have visited my project love it. The color and pattern we chose compliments the existing memorials and look great. I am happy to announce that I made the rank of Eagle Scout, on January 21st.
